Working principle
Hydraulic coupling generally uses a manual high-pressure oil pump to inject pressure oil into the coupling sleeve from the oil filling port, and then tightens the safety tube to seal the pressure oil in the coupling sleeve. Under the action of pressure oil, the inner and outer diameters of the coupling sleeve are elastically deformed, the outer wall is locked with the wheel hub, and the inner wall is locked with the drive shaft, thereby transmitting a torque proportional to the oil pressure in the cavity. During operation, when the working torque is greater than the set torque transmission capacity, relative movement occurs between the coupling sleeve and the drive shaft, the top of the safety tube is cut off by the shear ring, and the pressure oil in the coupling sleeve cavity leaks out quickly. Under the action of metal elasticity, the coupling sleeve returns to its original shape, and relative sliding occurs between the coupling sleeve and the shaft, which plays a safety protection function. When resuming work, just replace the safety tube and re-inject pressure oil.
Structural composition
DZ type - low-speed shaft connection safety coupling: mainly composed of shear ring and double sleeve, there is no axial support in the standard design, the coupling cannot withstand axial force in the pressure release state, and the friction surface is limited by the bearing capacity of the sliding bearing, the radial force and bending force must be very small, used in ordinary elastic couplings with low speed and heavy load.
GZ type - high-speed shaft connection safety coupling: in addition to the shear ring and double sleeve, it is also equipped with ball bearings, which have sufficient capacity to withstand axial and bending loads in the pressure release state, and is used for high-speed and medium-load drum gear couplings.
DJ type - low-speed key connection safety coupling: mainly composed of shear ring and double sleeve, the difference from DZ type is that the friction surface is fixed between the coupling and the hub, and is used for medium-speed and heavy-load key-connected transmission shafts.
GJ type - high-speed key-connected safety coupling: In addition to the shear ring and double-layer sleeve, it is equipped with ball bearings, the friction surface is on the inside of the device, the surface machining accuracy requirements of the shaft and hub are low, and it is easy to use. It is used for high-speed, heavy-loaded, key-connected transmission shafts.
Features
Good overload protection performance: When the transmitted torque exceeds the preset value, the oil pressure can be quickly released within a few thousandths of a second, so that the coupling sleeve and the shaft can quickly slip, which plays a safety protection role, and the accurate overload protection torque value can be set according to the working conditions and the maximum peak torque.
